Bek Williamson

Bek is the first call for every contractor Three places or payrolls. From the day they start to the day they finish, she makes sure they're paid correctly, supported and looked after, so they can focus on the work and our clients can focus on their programs.

She runs Three's weekly payroll, with super paid on the same day through Payday Super, and a 100% payroll accuracy record with zero late payments to date. She handles onboarding and compliance checks, Astute timesheets and approvals, FlareHR benefits and car leasing, and access to our Employee Assistance Program. She keeps in regular contact with contractors, starts extension conversations six weeks before the end date, and manages a clean offboarding when an engagement finishes.

Bek brings more than 15 years of payroll, accounts and recruitment operations experience. She spent eight years at Halcyon Knights, where she worked with Joe and Tom, progressing from administration to Office Manager and Payroll Officer and then Contract Recruiter, so she understands contracting from every side. Before joining Three in October 2025 she was an Accounts Administrator at SRG Global, and earlier spent five years in high-volume accounts receivable at Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology.

Bek also runs Three's day-to-day operations, from compliance to payroll processes, so the consultants can stay focused on clients and candidates. Contractors regularly single her out for how proactive, responsive and supportive she is.
