Your weekly timesheet
A simple weekly rhythm. Payroll is processed every Thursday, so your timesheet needs to be approved by 12pm Tuesday.

Log in to Astute and enter the days you worked, or your hours each day if you're on an hourly rate.

Submit by 12pm
Your timesheet goes to your approver automatically. No need to chase them.

Approved by 12pm
If your approver will be away, let us know in advance and we'll arrange a backup.

You get paid
Tax and super are handled for you, and super is paid to your fund on the same day as your wages.

I've forgotten my Astute password. What do I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the Astute login page and a reset email will be sent to you. If you still can't get in, contact Bek and she'll sort it out.
When will I be paid?
Every Thursday. Your timesheet needs to be approved by 12pm Tuesday. Depending on your bank, funds usually arrive within 24 hours of payment.
Where do I find my payslips?
Log in to Astute to view and download your payslips at any time.
Where's my income statement for tax time?
Your year-to-date income and tax are reported to the ATO through every pay run. You can see them any time in myGov, and we finalise your income statement with the ATO in early July.
I'm going to be away. What do I do with my timesheet?
Submit a timesheet with 0 days or hours and select "Did not work this period". If your approver will be away, email Bek with the name of an alternate approver.
Can I put extra money into super?
Yes. Let us know how much and we'll adjust your contributions. There are no extra admin fees.
