Adam Beattie

Adam has more than eight years in technology recruitment across the UK and Australia. He built his career with Anson McCade in Belfast, working closely with IT service providers and consultancies delivering into government, and rose to Senior Consultant and Team Lead, managing key consulting accounts and a small team of recruiters.

In late 2024 he relocated to Brisbane to establish Anson McCade's presence in the local market as a standalone consultant, building new client relationships from the ground up. He joined Three in January 2026, where he leads the Consulting & Government desk nationally.

Adam partners with consultancies and state and local government clients at every stage of a program, from specialist technical appointments to project and program management, business analysis, change and transformation delivery. His focus areas include ERP transformations such as OneCouncil implementations, upgrades and migrations; AI and emerging technology; digital transformation and modernisation; and technology and business change.

What he enjoys most is building relationships, understanding what makes people and businesses tick, and bringing the right people together, while giving clients practical advice on their workforce planning and hiring strategy.
